(If over 3000 Square Feet a surcharge will be added)

 

2) Townhouse Inspection, Insect certification and Radon Test- $695.00

3) Condominium inspection, Insect Certification- $425.00

Radon add- $100.00 (A condo is considered a one floor unit)

 

4) Radon Test only - $175.00

5) Insect Certification Only - $ 175.00

6) Oil Tank Sweep - $250

7) Septic Inspection available on request by an outside contractor

WE GUARANTEE YOUR HOME INSPECTION REPORT WILL BE DELIVERED ON THE SAME DAY AS THE HOME INSPECTION.
